A Massachusetts man was arrested Thursday after nine explosive devices were found in his vehicle following a traffic stop.

Jason E. Baldarelli Jr., 27, of Wheeler Road, in Princeton, was arrested Thursday morning on a charge of unlawful possession of explosive devices. He was scheduled to be arraigned later in the day in Leominster District Court.

The arrest stemmed from an investigation that began around 4 a.m. on Monday, when Princeton police were called to Wheeler Road for a report of explosions. Through their initial investigation, police identified Baldarelli as a suspect.
