Court proceedings against a member of a Tasmanian seafood dynasty are continuing, with defence lawyers seeking a list of a woman's medical appointments.
Jonathon Vernon Rockliff, 41 , is yet to stand trial in the Launceston Supreme Court having pleaded not guilty to strangulation charges relating to incidents at Devonport and Launceston in 2023 and 2024.
Rockliff is not a relative of Premier Jeremy Rockliff, but is a grandson of Petuna founders Peter and Una Rockliff, and is linked to Queensland-based Rockliff Seafoods.
The interstate resident did not appear at his latest court date and was instead represented by lawyer David Quayle.
