SHREVEPORT, La. -- Caddo Parish Public Schools continued its upward momentum in academic achievement, according to 2025 School Performance Scores released Thursday by the Louisiana Department of Education.
The district earned a performance score of 76.6, maintaining its ‘B’ rating.
This year, 12 schools were recognized as Top Gains Schools, a state distinction awarded to campuses demonstrating the highest levels of student growth in English and math. An additional seven schools were named Opportunity Honorees for their exceptional work in improving outcomes for specific student groups.
“This year’s results affirm what we have seen in classrooms across our parish: our students are growing, our teachers are driving this growth, and our schools are moving forward,” said Superintendent Keit
