SHREVEPORT, La. - Louisiana State Police investigations into two fatal Shreveport police shootings from May have come to an end, and Caddo District Attorney James Stewart Sr. said no action will be taken against the officers involved.

"After screening, the videos speak for themselves," Stewart said.

The first shooting occurred on May 10, in the 8800 block of Yancey Place. Officers responded to a 911 call about Ricardo Ware, 44, who had fatally shot his brother-in-law, Randall Jack, 35.

Mrs. Ware indicated her brother was walking around in the street in front of the residence, still armed with the gun. At approximately 7:12 p.m. officers were dispatched to the scene and they found Ricardo Ware standing in the middle of the street in front of the resident, still armed with a gun.
