The Michael Kusalaba Branch of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning on Youngstown's West Side will be closing from December 1 through 6 and will reopen on December 8 for a floor plan reset.
The temporary closure will allow staff and contractors to complete a major floor plan redesign, which is the next operational step in transforming Kusalaba into the region's first certified Family Place Library, a national model focused on early childhood development, parent support, and whole-family learning, according to the media release.
