UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - Newly released 911 calls and an incident report from a police-involved shooting bring more clarity on what led up to the deadly incident in Union Township on Nov. 17.
It started out as a possible domestic violence report, and quickly turned into a hostage situation at a home in the 4200 block of Cider Mill Drive.
Union Township Dispatch Center received a 911 hang up call at 8:42 p.m.
Five minutes later, dispatchers got in touch with a woman who identified herself as the mother of the suspect.
“He’s got a gun.”
“Who’s got a gun?”
“My son... he’s going nuts.”
The suspect, identified over the phone as Thomas Noble, took over the phone call from there.
