If so, you might want to check your account. Reports have been coming in that the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) has been deactivating accounts that weren't paid promptly and having a collections agency send out bills for amounts of less than $10.

Some people have confused those bills with a common internet scam in which fake bills were sent out in mass quantities.

Tell us about your experience. If lots of Oklahomans are having this bad experience, the OTA needs to hear about it and re-think their strange new billing policy.
