Severe thunderstorms are possible across Oklahoma through this week, and with them comes the potential for damaging hail, winds and possibly a tornado.
According to the National Weather Service , south-central Oklahoma should expect to see showers cross the state in the late afternoon to early evening on Thursday, Nov. 20.
The potential for tornadoes is low, but golfball-size hail could develop, and winds could top 60 mph.
Severe weather is expected to develop in the southern portions of the state before 7 p.m. and end by 11 p.m., and flooding is expected to most likely peak between 4-7 p.m. Thursday.
