NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A dog that was rescued after being pulled behind a car in a Nashville neighborhood in early November is now being fostered.

Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue reports the dog is now being fostered after a brief stay with Metro Animal Care and Control.

“Jamon got his freedom ride and is now a Proverbs’ boy,” the animal rescue said. “The evil that lurks among us is terrifying. Thank you to the wonderful couple who stepped up to foster.”

WSMV4 reported that a couple who was walking in the neighborhood found the dog dragging an eight-foot rusty chain down their street.
