NEW YORK (WABC) -- The 99th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade "will provide a broad set of potential soft targets for an attack" but there is no specific, actionable threat to an event that draws two million spectators, according to a bulletin from the FBI and law enforcement partners obtained by ABC News.

The bulletin said there is a persistent threat from mass casualty and targeted shootings like the September assassination of Charlie Kirk in Utah.

The bulletin also called out the New Year's Day attack in New Orleans to spotlight a concern about vehicle ramming.
