Is it safe to say Hardee’s isn’t as popular as it used to be?

Its obstacles have flown under the radar this year.
Hardee’s execs are asking a New York franchisee with 76 locations to shape up or close, RetailWire reported.
That’s because the franchisee, Paradigm Investment Group, filed a lawsuit against the parent company of Hardee’s, CKE. The lawsuit claims that the chain’s parent company’s persistence that its restaurants remain open until 2 a.m. could force it to close down.
“The dispute centers on 76 Hardee’s restaurants in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and Florida, which would have to close if the company’s ‘franchise termination’ attempt is successful,” per the website.
