Indian Navy's vice chief Vice Admiral Sanjay Vatsayan said that the Indian Navy is aware of China providing submarines and ships to Pakistan, and is closely monitoring all developments. Pakistan is set to induct eight Hangor-class diesel-electric submarines under a $5 billion deal with China.
