KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A key contributor for the Indianapolis Colts was added to the injury report Thursday ahead of a critical matchup for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones was listed as a limited participant Thursday due to what the team said was a calf injury.

Jones was not on the injury report a day prior, and the Colts were on a bye last week, signaling a development in the status as this week continues.

The former first-round pick of the New York Giants is third in the NFL in passing yards through his first 10 games, leading the AFC South front-runner Colts to an 8-2 record.

Jones has also thrown 15 touchdowns and 7 interceptions this season.
