COLUMBUS — The 56 high school football teams still alive in the Ohio High School Athletic Association football playoffs now know their potential journey to a state title.
The OHSAA announced the bracket pairings in all seven divisions for next week's state semifinals.
In Division II, the Hoban-Walsh Jesuit regional final winner will play the Avon-Highland winner in the state semifinals, just like a year ago when Avon won the Division II state championship . Avon defeated Cincinnati Anderson in the state finals inside a snow-covered Hall of Fame Stadium after beating Highland and then Hoban to get to Canton.
