A fundraiser to bring the body of a "beautiful" young woman home to Lanarkshire following a tragic car crash in Ireland has raised more than £30,000
Chloe Hipson sadly died following the two-vehicle crash in the townland of Gibstown in Dundalk, County Louth, at 9pm on Saturday.
The 21-year-old from Bellshill died with four others who have been named as Chloe McGee, 23, Alan McCluskey, 23, Dylan Commins, 23, and Shay Duffy, 21. They were from the Republic of Ireland.
The survivor, from Ardee, was being treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries. Chloe was in her second year at Dundalk Institute of Technology studying quantity surveying after moving to Ireland earlier this year.
