A 6-year-old boy has a 50% chance of never walking again after he was injured over the weekend in a car crash that killed two teens , his family said.

The crash occurred around 6 p.m. local time on Saturday, Nov. 15, along State Road 33 near Groveland Farms Road in Lake County, Fla., according to NBC affiliate WESH and ABC affiliate WFTV , citing Florida Highway Patrol.
