PORTLAND, Ore. — A prolific Portland graffiti artist known for the "Bier" tag was convicted Wednesday on 51 counts of criminal mischief. The conviction follows nearly two dozen other criminal counts related to possession of guns, including untraceable ghost guns, according to the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office.

Jacob Able Ramos, 45, was arrested in April 2023 after the Portland Police Bureau launched investigations into some of the city's most frequent taggers. A search of his home at the time turned up 10 guns — five with serial numbers and five without.
