The Warren County School Board on Wednesday took up a proposed code of ethics and conduct for members and a policy for employee use of social media with students.

Chairwoman Kristen J. Pence, Vice Chairwoman Antoinette D. Funk and members Andrea M. Lo and Thomas L. McFadden Jr. agreed to wait until January, once two new members join the board, to take action on a proposed code of ethics and professional conduct. Member Melanie C. Salins did not attend the meeting.

Members held the first reading and took no action on the proposed code of ethics and professional conduct. No one from the public at the meeting spoke on the matter prior to the vote. Lo made comments before the action.
