A Temple University student has been suspended as the school works with the Philadelphia Police Department to investigate reports of sexual assault, the school announced on Thursday .

According to officials at Temple, there have been two reported incidents of sexual assault allegedly committed by the same student.

One incident happened in a residence hall during an event while the other occurred off campus, school leaders explained.
