SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Notre Dame women’s basketball will host No. 11 USC on Friday night as the Irish look to rebound from their worst loss under head coach Niele Ivey.
The Irish are coming off a 39-point loss to Michigan last weekend, the biggest defeat of Ivey’s tenure as head coach. The loss ended Notre Dame’s perfect start to the season after winning their first three games by 20 points or more.
Friday’s matchup marks the second straight ranked opponent for Notre Dame in what has become a challenging stretch of their schedule.
