TIFFIN, Ohio — The Tiffin community is planning a candlelight vigil this weekend after four people died on Wednesday in what police are calling a murder-suicide.

The vigil will be held at the Tiffin Police and Fire All Patriots Memorial, which honors victims of the Sept. 11 terror attacks, at 6 p.m. on Sunday, according to organizer Rita Slaymaker.

Two children, ages 7 years old and 7 months old, and two men, 29-year-old Dustin Willey and 42-year-old Ryan Eagon, died after Eagon shot all three of them at a home on Huss Street before shooting himself, according to police.

The children's mother, who is not being identified due to a state law protecting victims, was at the home during the incident.
