CARBON COUNTY, Mont. – Carbon County Disaster and Emergency Services has announced a security breach involving the CodeRED emergency notification system.
On November 11, potential security vulnerabilities were discovered, leading to the suspension of access for all CodeRED customers. A week later, on November 18, CodeRED confirmed that a security event had occurred.
The company assured that no customer data or personal information was compromised and that immediate measures were taken to secure the system.
