Toledo police on Thursday charged an 18-year-old with murder in the Nov. 2 death of a Toledo woman.

Jasmine Queen, 19, was shot on South Reynolds at 3:58 a.m. outside a South Toledo shopping center. She later died at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Two other victims were expected to survive their injuries, police said.

On Thursday, Toledo police arrested and charged Marvin Pettaway in Ms. Queen’s death, Lt. Daniel Gerken said in a release. In addition, a murder warrant was issued for Marshaun Purley, another 18-year-old.
