Braves' Ha-Seong Kim wants to explore open market with Scott Boras

The Atlanta Braves had an interesting season, with not much going their way.

However, they also found a diamond in the rough with Ha-Seong Kim, who they landed via a waiver claim from the Tampa Bay Rays in September of 2025.

Kim had a decent year for the Braves in the back half of the campaign, showing that he could be their everyday shortstop moving forward.

Unfortunately for Atlanta, it also has to deal with the fact that he's on the market once again, making things a bit more complicated.

With the addition of Mauricio Dubon, a trade they made with the Houston Astros for Nick Allen, some have questioned if Kim is going to return.
