Boardman senior Gabriella Sferra announced her commitment to Clarion University where she will play softball for the Golden Eagles.

Sferra has started 27 games and pitched over 181 innings. She holds a record of 17-12 and has 225 strikeouts in her career.

She is a three-year letter winner for Boardman and earned Second Team All-AAC honors in both 2023 and 2025.
