New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi went to South Africa for a three-day visit to attend the G20 Summit in Johannesburg on Friday. He said he will present India’s perspective at the summit, showing the country’s vision of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” (the world is one family) and “One Earth, One Family, One Future.”
This year’s summit is historic as it is the first G20 Summit to be held on the African continent. India’s President of the G20 in 2023 had facilitated the African Union’s entry into the group of 20 largest economies.
Prime Minister Modi wrote, “Will be attending the G20 Summit in Johannesburg. Various global issues will be discussed, and I will meet several world leaders during the Summit.” On social media platform X.
