The Journal Record on Thursday honored 23 Oklahoma companies as the 2025 Best Places to Work in Oklahoma. The awards ceremony was held at The Oklahoma Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, and companies honored include the top 14 large companies and the top 9 small and medium-sized companies, as ranked by Best Companies Group.

The companies were selected based on employee interviews along with a deep dive into workplace policies, practices and demographics.

Edward Jones ranked No.1 for Large companies; One Agents Alliance scored first-place for small and medium-sized companies.
