OLATHE, Kan. (KAKE) -- A call for change after an elderly woman laid on the floor of a nursing home for an hour, and no one came to check on her. It has some families wondering if it’s because the state doesn't have enough inspectors. A problem that advocates say is leaving many patients waiting to die.
