A man will fight a break-and-enter charge while his co-accused arrested for the same incident in the Tamworth CBD is weighing up his options.
Andrew Norman James Munro, 32 , and Bruce Thomas Lyall Williams, 37, have appeared in Tamworth Local Court for the first time since they were charged with one count each of aggravated break-and-enter of a dwelling in company and stealing.
Munro's Aboriginal Legal Service (ALS) solicitor Sarah Chia said her client would be entering a plea of not guilty to the charge.
According to court documents, Munro and Williams were both arrested by Oxley police in October, after allegedly breaking into the SSG Smoke Station in Peel Street and stealing goods in the early hours of October 21.
