Richard Ptacnik is the head chef at OTTO Sydney and with the restaurant celebrating its 25th birthday this year, he joined us on The Morning Show to cook one of his favourite dishes — a “ricotta, chocolate and orange cannoli”.

And some decadent, new flavours — inspired by iconic Italian cocktails — will transport your taste buds to Europe.. without having to leave the country.
