The Pune Housing and Area Development Board has extended the deadline for submitting applications for its ongoing housing schemes to November 30, 2025. The extension comes in response to repeated requests from citizens who sought additional time to complete documentation and participate in the housing lottery. The schemes were initially announced through an advertisement published on September 11, 2025.

As per the original schedule, the last date for submitting applications was October 31, 2025. Following early feedback from applicants, the deadline was first pushed to November 21, 2025. Despite this extension, many applicants reported challenges in gathering the required paperwork, prompting MHADA to consider their appeals for additional time.
