BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — Pudge the cat, the team mascot for the Bowling Green State University football team who has become a viral sensation , is getting a bobblehead.
The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled the bobblehead of Pudge on Thursday, according to a news release from BGSU .
“We’re excited to unveil the first bobblehead of Pudge the Cat – the unofficial mascot of the 2025 Bowling Green Falcons football team,” Phil Sklar, co-founder and CEO of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, said in a statement. “We know how much Bowling Green and college football fans have loved Pudge this season and this bobblehead will give fans the chance to have their own mini Pudge!”
Pudge, a 4-year-old Persian cat, is owned by BGSU long snapper George Carlson. In August
