Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has a fresh warning to its employees and more or less to companies that AI in businesses is catching up fast and people need to be prepared, be adapted and be ready for AI agents-driven world. In the new episode of the Dwarkesh podcast, Nadella talked about the fundamental shift is going on at Microsoft. He explained how AI has forced the tech giant to rethink how it charges about pricing software to customers from ‘per user’ to ‘per agent’.

Nadella stated in the podcast that these agents need to rebuild their business model around AI agents, which can plan tasks, take decisions, analyse data and communicate on their own.
