A house in Vineland that sold for $2 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cumberland County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 61 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $325,118. The average price per square foot was $178.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $396K, single-family house at 623 Dove Drive

A 1,795-square-foot single-family home at 623 Dove Drive in Millville, has been sold. The total purchase price was $395,500, $220 per square foot. The house was built in 1977. The deal was finalized on Oct. 17.
