PDP leader and MLA Pulwama Waheed-ur-Rehman Para on Friday cautioned the Jammu & Kashmir administration against proposing any hike in electricity charges, asserting that the government must conduct a real ground assessment before taking such decisions.
Para said that while people in posh localities may not feel the impact, “for ordinary Kashmiris, winter is a battle for survival.”
