Five Below, a chain discount shop with more than 1,800 stores across the U.S. that boasts selling most items for $5 or less, is overcharging customers at some of its Michigan locations , Attorney General Dana Nessel's office alleged Thursday, Nov. 20.
Nessel's office sent a notice of intended action to Five Below indicating some of the store's Michigan locations are overcharging customers for items when they check out and failing to clearly display prices for goods.
