A house in Margate City that sold for $2.8 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Atlantic County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 120 residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $583,454, or $306 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $950K, single-family home at 608 N. Delavan Ave.

The sale of the single-family residence at 608 N. Delavan Ave. in Margate City has been finalized. The price was $949,900. It was built in 1965 and has a living area of 1,958 square feet. The price per square foot was $485. The deal was finalized on Oct. 15.
