Birmingham faces a fresh arrival of heavy rain next week, forecasts show.

Up to 15.6mm of rainfall per hour could fall on the morning of Saturday, November 29, according to WX Charts.

Weather maps from the forecaster, which uses metdesk data, shows a large band of heavy rain and snow sweeping across the England and Wales that day.

It could cause another deluge in Birmingham on the back of Storm Claudia which saw roads flooded earlier this month.

WX Charts maps show a multi-coloured band of green and yellow over the city, indicating heavy rain.
