Siskins shut out Legionnaires
Andrew Gaulton made 39 saves for the Sarnia Legionnaires in Thursday’s 4-0 loss to the Waterloo Siskins. Article content Article content Article content
The Legionnaires were shut out for the fifth time while falling to 0-22-0-0 in the Greater Ontario Hockey League.
Siskins goalie Brock Grein had a 25-save shutout in front of 602 at Pat Stapleton Arena.
Nicholas Luxton, Nolan Macey, Ulysses Lombardi and Kayden Oliver scored for the Siskins (11-5-3-1), who led only 2-0 after two periods.
The Legionnaires play Sunday in Waterloo and host the Fort Erie Meteors Thursday at 7:10 p.m.
