'We have to make it sure stays - we are creating change in Derby'

The owner of a Derby public garden has vowed to do all he can to ensure it stays at its home after the council said it might have to move .

A meeting heard that bosses of Electric Daisy in Bold Lane were given an official noise warning by Derby City Council this summer .

The warning came following complaints from residents and businesses about loud music.
