UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State is heading into its matchup against Nebraska this Saturday as a winner for the first time since Week 3 against Villanova after dominating Michigan State 28-10.
Kaytron Allen spearheaded Penn State’s offense and ran all over the Spartans defense for 181 yards and two touchdowns and is now just 138 yards away from breaking Evan Royster’s record and becoming the all-time leading rusher in Happy Valley history. Ethan Grunkemeyer threw for 127 yards and two touchdowns on just 13 pass attempts and is looking to prove why he could remain Penn State’s starting quarterback.
On the other side of the ball, the Nittany Lions defense finally put it all together, allowing zero second-half points and forcing five sacks and eight tackles for loss. Dani Dennis-Sutton sho
