BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Highway 99 off-ramp to Highway 166 and Interstate 5 is closed Friday morning due to flooding. The off-ramp is just off Highway 99, near Mettler and near the newly opened Hard Rock Casino Tejon. 17 News has reached out to the California Highway Patrol for more information.
