HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - An evidence hearing is scheduled next month for a Juniata man accused of sexually assaulting a pregnant woman.
Court records show 29-year-old Joshua Frederick is charged with first-degree sexual assault of a pregnant woman, intentionally photographing a person without consent, false imprisonment, terroristic threats, child abuse and two counts of third-degree domestic assault.
Court records show a judge set a preliminary hearing in the case for Dec. 30. At a preliminary hearing, the judge hears evidence to determine probable cause. Frederick is free on $5,000 cash bond.
The records reflect a number of reported crimes. An affidavit indicates that on May 13, Frederick took the pregnant woman’s cellphone and car keys and locked her in a room with him. He then alleg
