New Delhi: The crash of India’s indigenous light combat aircraft, HAL Tejas , during a demonstration at the Dubai Air Show on Friday sparked an immediate and intense wave of reactions across social media platform X.

The aircraft went down around 2.10 pm local time at Al Maktoum International Airport, sending up a plume of black smoke as emergency crews rushed to the spot. Official confirmation regarding the pilot’s condition is still awaited.
