JACKSON, MI – Following the Jackson Christmas Parade on Friday, Dec. 21, families can return to downtown Jackson for Christmas in the City.

The Jackson Downtown Development Authority will host the annual event at noon to 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22 in downtown Jackson. Families will be able to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus at Jackson School of Arts, 135 W. Cortland St.

The event will feature live ice sculpting, s’more stations, free trolley rides, take-and-make crafts, hot chocolate and holiday pop-ups hosted by downtown businesses.

Participating in this event will support local downtown businesses and help fund the continuation of events put on by the Jackson DDA.

Parking is available in the Consumers Energy parking garage. The fourth floor is closed for construction.
