According to Dr. Michael Roizen, the first Chief Wellness Officer at the Cleveland Clinic, the science of longevity is no longer confined to labs.
The 79-year-old wellness expert, who wrote the book, The Great Age Reboot, says that the idea of people living longer is entering everyday life, and one day potentially reverse, parts of their biological age.
Dr. Roizen gained prominence last year after he claimed to have reversed his biological age by 20 years. He recently spoke about vitality, healthspan, and reversing biological age at Pema Wellness, Visakhapatnam.
