The accused killer of Prime 7 Bar & Restaurant general manager Francesk Shkambi was arraigned Nov. 20 on charges of first-degree premeditated homicide and felony firearm, then returned to the Oakland County Jail where he’s held without bond.
Prosecutors allege Tonin Pjetri, 65, fatally shot Shkambi outside the Commerce Township restaurant on Nov. 16. Pjetri then drove himself to the Farmington Hills Police Department where he turned himself in and admitted to the crime, according to Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard.
