HBO Max has been on a roll in 2025, with The Pitt starting the year off on a high note and acclaimed TV shows like Task and movies like Sinners and Weapons enriching the streamer’s already impressive library.

While December is more muted than recent months, it still boasts a terrific lineup of movies and shows that are worth streaming.
