SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio (WOIO) - A “belligerent” man who threatened to smack a Kentucky Fried Chicken employee because they couldn’t serve food sold at Rally’s faces a whole order of charges after leading officers in chase on his scooter, the South Euclid Police Department confirmed.
The incident started when the 34-year-old Cleveland man went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken at 4001 Mayfield Rd. on Nov. 14.
KFC employees told SEPD the man tried to order food that is served at Rally’s, which is located directly across the street at 4000 Mayfield Rd.
When the staff told him they don’t serve Rally’s food, he became belligerent and threatened to “smack” an employee, according to SEPD.
