Christmas is almost here, which means it's time to get your live Christmas tree.

Cathole Bend Plantation Christmas Tree Farm

WHAT: Spruce, pine, and fir trees to cut. Saws provided. The farm also has wreaths, swags, and other greens for purchase, and tree stands.

WHERE: 1243 Cathole Bend Road, Lancaster, in Garrard County, about 100 miles from Louisville

WHEN: Nov. 28-30, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call for later dates.
